Felix is an old-school contractor. He took ownership immediately after the first phone call and kept me informed every step of the way. I knew what to expect, when to expect it, and how it was going to be handled. I was referred to Dri-Air by my Public Adjuster and throughout the process, Felix took a stressful situation and made it a lot less stressful. He handled coordinating mold testing, remediation, drywall and insulation replacement, repainting and repair of my sons bedroom after a roof leak. His price was fair as was the timeline we agreed to. Most important.. when unforeseen issues arose, Felix stepped up and handled them without any of the usual BS. He made sure we were happy throughout the project. We were lucky to have found such a standup and honest contractor.

Felix is very professional, responsive and got our job done as quickly as possible. After a leak in our dishwasher that led to widespread mold, he took care of the mold issue and also referred us to a public adjuster to deal with insurance company, and a crew to help rebuild our kitchen. He was very punctual and made sure to use the best sanitary measures! You won't be disappointed!!

He kept in touch throughout the entire process to make sure everything was running smoothly. His workers were very professional, very polite, and also did a great job in cleaning up after themselves. My elderly grandma lives out in Florida, while I live in Utah…. I would never of thought that the owner Felix would have gone above and beyond to take care of my grandma, he kept me in the loop at all times with the situation my grandma was in with the flood. My grandma is back to normal living again! Highly recommend.

Met the owner of the company and I must say he is a honest down to earth guy. Hard working helpers and very thoughtful taking care of our home and giving advise on things to look out for and suggestions for anything that may arise in the future after any other major storms.
